As such, it’s best to discuss the rules and regulations before work begins. This way, your contractor fully understands the project and avoids any problems in the long run. Be sure to emphasize working hours and where debris or equipment for work can be placed outside your home. 

DON’T Forget to Let Your Neighbors Know

A siding replacement can be a noisy project. If you are disturbed, your neighbors are likely, too. For this reason, you should give your neighbors a heads-up about the project ahead of time. You can talk to them directly and explain everything about the project, including how long it will take to finish, and give them your contact information should they have any questions or concerns. Also, make sure your contractors only work during HOA-approved construction hours.
