WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Housing and City Progress (HUD) is delivering $2,472,310 in American Rescue Prepare (ARP) funding. Eleven HUD Reasonable Housing Initiatives Software (FHIP) businesses will use the dollars to battle housing discrimination associated to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The funds – awarded less than FHIP’s Personal Enforcement Initiative (PEI) – are the 2nd round of ARP funding targeted on the unequal effect that the COVID-19 pandemic has experienced on communities of colour, very low-income communities and other susceptible populations.

In Florida, the Legal Help Society of Palm Beach front County will obtain $250K.
